Welcome to bacon!
bacon is a relaxacon put on by the cfgc. bacon was formed around the age old question "Why isn't there a convention exactly like the convention I want?" So we decided to roll our own. Why did we name it after a pork product? Well to be frank, all the good names with CON in them were already taken. Such is the lot of a new convention.
Not to mention bacon is the queen of breakfast foods. Well maybe waffles are right up there too. Maybe there is no queen of breakfast foods, maybe they're just the rulers of their domains. Bacon, Duchess of Breakfast Meat, and Waffles, Duchess of Breakfast Breads, would like to invite you to bacon! Hmm.. .could be. Or could be you shouldn't let your treasurer write your website.
