we're going to detroit (me, nathan, my sister, and my parents) this weekend for my grandfather's funeral.

he was a good man, and i miss him. but he'd mostly been gone for a while, already. this weekend, we will put his ashes in the crypt at his church, along with my grandmother and my aunt mimi, his second wife.
