hi! i've been at world fantasy con all weekend! how about you?

i started there at about 6pm on thursday night, came back for more at the same time on friday, was there all day saturday (11am to 11pm) and didn't have to get there until late today to make sure set up for the music party went well and got back a little bit ago. whee!

i saw one panel, which is about my average for a convention, and stayed for a little bit of the music party tonight. i saw ellen and patrick do a fine although admittedly unpracticed version of richard thompson's beeswing, and a few people do a few other songs that i was mostly unsure of the names of. one of them seemed to be called angelina baker, but it could have been cleverly called something else.

i spent most of my time in the green room. i like working the green room, i think, and may end up doing it again at other conventions (since it'll be a long while until wfc is back in minneapolis and as much as i liked this one, i have enough conventions to travel to as it is).

i got to spend a lot of time with my friend davey (hi davey!) although too much of it was while one of us was tired or hungry or stressed, got to spend time with my sweetie sigrid, and i met colleen and janell who were also working green room with us. wheeee!
