Downtowns use events, nostalgia to lure holiday shoppers
Brennan and fellow St. Thomas marketing Prof. Lorman Lundsten found in a recent survey that just 1 percent of respondents said they would spend the most money this holiday season in downtown St. Paul, while 4.3 percent chose downtown Minneapolis.
