i am at home today. i stayed home from work because i am tired and i hurt.

(because i am occasionally smart, i just called my doctor's office so i can whine to the nurse there to see if i should just buck up and deal or if i can have drugs, since i've been home a week and still hurt like i just got off the plane.)
