it's national blog for choice day.
i want to say here that i am babycrazy. i want a kid. i have been looking into adopting one, i have been looking into having one of my own, and i spent three hours yesterday afternoon making faces at a baby at a car dealership. (my car was being fixed. i had a good reason to be there.)
abortions should be safe and legal. every single one of them. if you want an abortion, you should be able to have one. i don't care why you want it. i don't care if you're first or second or third trimester. safe and legal.
women can make choices for themselves. women can make good choices for themselves. we do not need to be infantilized and protected by the theory that we don't know what we're doing when we have abortions. (hi mom, hi dad, i'd have told you, no new news.)
more later; for now, i have to run off to the doctor who prescribes the number one reason that i, personally, would get an abortion; the teratrogenic drug that helps control my arthritis.

I, personally, would not get an abortion (at least, I don't think I would), but that's *MY* choice, and I don't want any other woman to have that choice made for her.
Rock on, you rockin' thing, you.
(And besides, I wouldn't have to get an abortion, not when I have friends who want teh baybeez so much!)
if you get knocked up, i am sending you a prepaid fed ex box.
